The first device to truly showcase the Hot series as a midrange device is the Hot 6 Pro that is set to go live on Saturday, 12 May 2018 but is already available on pre-order. The Hot 6 Pro brings the company’s first 18:9 aspect ratio display, alongside a Snapdragon 425 processor and a massive 4000mAh battery that has now become an Infinix signature. The Pro branding comes due to the fact that the device has 3GB RAM paired with 32GB internal storage.

- Like most 2018 phones the hot 6 pro also comes with face ID for extra security along with the fingerprint scanner. The face unlock feature works well and it is fast in unlocking the phone .

- These are the words you will hear being thrown around a lot during the campaign period of the Hot 6 Pro. This is the company’s second device to boast of a processor from Qualcomm, which is a welcome change from the overused MediaTek processor that Infinix has stuck to for generations. The Snapdragon 430 paired with 3GB RAM are a promise of a smooth experience that we have not yet seen on a Hot series device before.
- Huge battery
I have not put this to test yet but the fact that the Hot 6 Pro packs a 4000mAh battery is a promising thing. In the past, we have seen devices with such huge batteries last well to two days and my expectations of the Hot 6 Pro hitting this target are well set, especially now that we have a Snapdragon processor.

The device packs a lot of features with it OS android 8.0 Oreo which is great and infinix promises an update for the phone just like it predecessors.
